Shipping Policy – GoGoldPro

We aim to ship your order quickly, safely, and reliably — no matter where you are. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery times, shipping fees, and how we handle returns.


1. Shipping Countries

We currently ship to:

      The Netherlands

      Belgium

      Germany

      France

      Italy

      Poland

      United Kingdom

2. Delivery Times

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during sales or holidays.

 

      Netherlands & Belgium: 1 business day

      Germany & France: 3–5 business days

      UK, Italy & Poland: 3–7 business days
 Our logistics are optimized to get your order to you quickly, so you can enjoy your self-care products without the wait.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

      We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount — keep an eye out for promotions! 

      Express shipping options are available in some countries.


4. Return Shipping

If you return a product, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Please note:

If a returned item does not meet our return requirements (e.g. signs of use, opened hygiene products, or other exclusions under our health & safety policy), we will not be able to accept the return.
 In such cases, the customer will be responsible for both the original return shipping and the cost of sending the item back to them.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns.


5. Delivery Issues

Didn’t receive your order?
 Received the wrong item or a damaged product?

Let us know within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@gogoldpro.nl. We’ll investigate and make it right.


6. Customs & Duties (UK and non-EU)

Customers in the UK or non-EU countries may be responsible for import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees. These are not included in your order total and are your responsibility.
