Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy – GoGoldPro

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, don’t worry — you have the right to return your item(s) and request a refund in store credit.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to customers in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Poland, and the United Kingdom.


1. Your Right to Cancel (EU/UK Consumers)

You have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel:

      Contact us atcustomerservice@gogoldpro.nl  within 14 days

      Let us know your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return

      You then have 14 days to send the item(s) back

You’ll receive a store credit refund for the full amount. Return shipping costs are at your own expense (unless the item is faulty).


2. Return Conditions*

To qualify for a store credit refund, returned items must:

      Be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

      Include all original tags, labels, and accessories

      Be returned within 14 days of your return request

If the returned item shows signs of use or damage, we may not be able to accept the return due to health and safety regulations.

 


3. Excluded Items (non-returnable)

For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, the following cannot be returned:

      Opened food, supplements, or cosmetics

      Personalized or custom-made products

      Perishable goods (e.g. flowers, fresh items)

      Gift cards or downloadable software


4. Faulty or Damaged Items

Received something damaged or faulty? We're here to help.

Please contact us at customerservice@gogoldpro.nl with:

      Your order number

      Photos of the item and packaging

      A short description of he issue

We’ll arrange a replacement or store credit refund, depending on the situation.


5. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue your store credit/voucher refund:

      The store credit will be issued to your gogoldpro.com account or sent to your email as a voucher.

      The value of the store credit will match the amount paid for the item(s).

      We aim to process refunds within 5–10 business days

You’ll receive an email confirmation when the store credit has been applied. If you haven’t received it after 10 working days, please check your account or contact us.

 

Note:

If a product does not comply with our return and refund policy, we will be unable to accept the return and the customer will incur an additional shipping fee.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
