●      Refunds are issued as store credit to your gogoldpro.com account or via voucher to your email.

●      Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty.

●      If a returned item violates our health and safety standards (e.g. signs of use, opened hygiene items), we may refuse the return and charge an additional shipping fee to send the item back.
